This site collects what you type into the request form and nothing else that identifies you. It is used to answer you.
what the form collects
Your name, your email address, the city you give and the message you write. The page you sent it from travels with it, so the reply knows which family you were looking at.
Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored against you. There is no account to create, and no payment is taken anywhere on this site.
who reads it and for how long
The message goes to one inbox, read by the person who answers it. It is kept as long as the thread is live and for two years after the last message, so that a quote can be picked up again without starting over.
It is not sold, rented or added to a mailing list. It is not passed to the factory unless answering you needs a question put to Cabiate, and then only the part of it that the question needs.
the counters
Google Analytics 4 records visits in aggregate: which pages are opened, from which country, on what kind of device. It sets its own cookies and does not receive your name or your message.
Cloudflare Turnstile sits on the form to keep automated submissions out. It looks at the browser, not at you, and it replaces the older sort of puzzle that made people prove themselves.
having it removed
Write to info@meroni-colzani-furniture.com and ask. The thread and everything in it are deleted, and you get a note confirming it. No reason has to be given.
