- The families or the pieces, by name if you have them
- The room or the terrace, and roughly how much of it you are filling
- A plan, a sketch on paper or a photograph of the wall
- The city the furniture is going to, for the freight
- A date you are working towards, if there is one
what we do not do
There is no cart on this site and no card is taken on it. Nothing ships from a warehouse, because nothing is built before the order.
There is no showroom to visit in the United States. Samples of the covers and the finishes are sent by post when a job is far enough along to need them, and that is arranged on the same thread.

Whatever the first message says, the reply asks the same thing: where the piece stands. The drawing beside this text shows why. Each layer in it is a grade, and the grade that suits a sheltered loggia is not the one that suits an exposed deck.
Answering that once, at the start, is what keeps the rest of the thread short.
